We decided to not do this on the cheap.  We want it to reflect the level of respect we feel for our parents, and what they taught us about always “doing it right.”

We love the passion of this 76-year-old dynamo – and we love the advice.  The book is directed primarily to women – it’s about re-programming yourself – a specific plan to take charge of your well-being – to believe in the possibility.  It’s full of inspiration.  I want to think and have the can-do attitude of this woman when I’m 76!

Barbara endorses another anti-aging fitness program from Dov Oshri.  We don’t know anything about this program, but it sounds interesting.  If anyone tries it, give us your feedback.
